zkSync

Giving crucial crypto infrastructure a user-friendly face

The Story

In 2019, just before the COVID-19 epidemic, we were approached by Alex Gluchowski with a request to package his new product, which had recently raised Seed round and needed a more interesting community representation.

At the time, zkSync was perceived as just another crypto project on a wave of interest in the industry as a whole. However, within a few years, the company made a quantum leap in development, managing to attract impressive investments and becoming one of the pillars of the crypto industry.

Literally every exchange or crypto application now contains a zkSync token, the logo for which we once designed.

When a brand becomes a meme (in a good way)
The logo concept we developed for the initial launch of zkSync left such a lasting impression on the community that it has been reimagined in numerous variations for specific zkSync-related projects.

Design system as a trampoline
The initial zkSync products were prototypes of the technology, and our goal was to capture the attention of a very specific community by aligning with a design code that embodies the product's technical potential.
