Boosting conversion rates for a fundraising platform dedicated to supporting Ukraine

The Story

We are an agency with Ukrainian roots, so it was critical for us to do our part in Ukraine's fight for its freedom.

In the spring of 2024, we were approached by the guys from Help99 with a request to improve their fundraising platform. At that time, the guys were raising millions of dollars to help Ukraine, but realized that a website put together hastily was not converting well enough.

Our task was not simple. We need to completely redesign and keep the Webflow platform with plugins that allowed us to have a pretty complex backend using only low-code tools.

However, we managed the impossible. We came up with a digital identity that allowed us to separate the campaigns visually and add some liveliness, and most importantly, seriousness to the site. This helped to establish Help99 in the minds of the community and donators as a project that could be trusted, and conversion from lead to donor increased significantly.

The Challenge
Do a complete redesign of the platform, as well as create a digital identity that supports the idea of fighting for freedom and the transportation specificity of the project.

Solution
A simple and memorable logo in the form of a machine number, a system of angular gradients adapting their color to the current campaign, and a simple UX/UI in technical style allowed the project to acquire a new face and significantly increase its credibility potential.
