Denim pixelation as a recognizable move and giving the brand a luxurious sheen

The Story

Ksenia and Anton approached us for advice on building a business strategy. Our founder Alex's experience as CMO of Sleeper, one of Ukraine's largest clothing brands, as well as his extensive design background, allowed us to work in the related fields of fashion, sales, and creative ideas.

We came up with the "Imaginary Luxury" strategy, which was immediately put into practice by Alex in his role as interim CEO of the brand. After several months of work, a number of important design solutions were developed, which we will discuss in this case study.

Visual Style Rethingking

Quite by accident, when enlarging a picture of Ksenia Schnaider's denim clothing, a screenshot was taken with blue-blue pixels, which, one way or another, have always been present in the canonical elements of the brand's clothing, which is famous for its patchwork.

Adidas Collaboration Launch

Ksenia and Anton created an incredible collaboration with Adidas Originals, and our pixel style perfectly illustrated the communication materials, creating a recognizable pattern and color combination that the guys used in their clothing designs.

Business Strategy Development

During the development of the business strategy, a large amount of important materials was published, and no-code tools for management and development tracking were created.

Our concept for the new Kseniaschnaider website shows how effective e-commerce practices can be combined with ascetic originality.
